QR Code Generator Terms of Use and Payment Agreement

Welcome to our services (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

Please read and fully understand the following terms. By logging into the service, you are deemed to have fully agreed to all contents of this agreement, including any modifications we make to the terms of use. If you object to any provision of this agreement, you may choose to terminate your login (or stop using the service).

1. Rights Statement

We own and retain complete and indivisible ownership and/or intellectual property rights in the following:

• Software, technology, programs, code, user interfaces, etc. related to the application platform;
• Trademarks and graphic marks related to this service.

2. Limitation of Liability

• All services we provide to users are provided “as is.” We hereby expressly disclaim any express or implied warranties regarding this service, including but not limited to the applicability, accuracy, timeliness, and sustainability of the service.
• Users understand and agree to bear the risks of using this service themselves. When using this service, users shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chinese law. We shall not be liable for any damages and consequences caused by user behavior, except as expressly required by law.
• Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any losses caused to users due to network connection failures, communication lines, third-party websites, computer hardware, or any other reasons, except as expressly required by law.

3. User Conduct Standards

Users must comply with laws and regulations when using this service and shall not use this service to engage in illegal or non-compliant activities.

4. Paid Services

1. You understand and agree that membership subscription services are paid services, and this application will charge fees for internet value-added services. After enabling the membership subscription feature, regardless of whether you actually use the service or access electronic content during the corresponding service period, paid fees are non-refundable.

2. You understand and agree that this application has the right to independently decide and revise from time to time the charging standards and rules related to membership subscription services. Such standards and rules shall take effect upon publication and constitute an integral part of these terms. If you do not agree to the aforementioned standards, rules, and their revisions, you have the right to stop using the membership subscription service. Your continued use of the membership subscription service shall be deemed as your agreement to the relevant content.

5. Membership Subscription Service Content

After receiving or paying to enable the membership subscription service, you can continuously use the application’s professional version features during the corresponding service period.

1. One-time Subscription Service

After subscribing to the one-time subscription service, your professional version permissions will be activated and extended based on the previous term.

2. Annual Auto-renewal Service

(1) The annual auto-renewal service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have enabled the membership subscription service. If you enable the annual auto-renewal service, you are deemed to authorize this application to deduct the annual service fee for the next billing cycle from your third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account (hereinafter referred to as “Account”), etc., when your enabled membership subscription service is about to expire. The deduction time is within 24 hours before the billing cycle expires.

(2) You can cancel the enabled annual auto-renewal service through the following methods: - For iPhone users, go to iOS device “Settings” → “iTunes Store & App Store” → Select “Apple ID” → Tap “View Apple ID” → Tap “Subscriptions” on the account settings page → Cancel subscription.
